You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information, maintain account security, notify us of unauthorized access, and are responsible for all account activities.

3. Subscription and Payment

Service offered on subscription basis with pricing displayed on our website. Billing in advance, free trial available, cancellation effective at end of billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, violate laws, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, interfere with Service, reverse engineer, transmit malware, or resell without authorization.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of data you submit. You're responsible for data accuracy and legality. Maintain your own backups.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. DESKFLOW NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES. Total liability limited to amounts paid in preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

Terms governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts.
